Terms of use

These terms outline how employers may access and use VirtualHire. Replace or extend this page with counsel-approved language before launch.

Agreement

By accessing or using VirtualHire ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

VirtualHire is provided for lawful recruiting and screening purposes. You are responsible for your content, invitations to candidates, and compliance with employment and privacy laws that apply to your organization.

Accounts and access

Employer accounts must be created and maintained under accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for restricting access to authorized staff.

Intellectual property

VirtualHire, its branding, and the software remain the property of its owners. You retain rights to your interview content and candidate data, subject to how the Service operates and stores information.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Scheduling, integrations, or third-party networks may affect availability; plan critical hiring steps accordingly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VirtualHire's aggregate liability arising from these terms or the Service shall be limited as described in your commercial agreement—or, absent one, shall be limited in line with customary SaaS practices in your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless we require renewed consent where the law requires it.

Contact

Questions about these terms should be directed to your VirtualHire account administrator or the contact listed in your subscription paperwork.
